Terms of user service 1. Users are supposed to comply with the following rules when apply for and use CFRN’s service: (1). According to the Real Name regulation, all users please ensures that their personal information is real and accurate and please update it timely if there is a change. (2). Users take the full responsibility of maintaining the security of their account and password. (3). Users take the full responsibility of all the activities done by using their account. (4). (a)，users must transmit technological material abroad based on related laws in China. 　　(b)，Any illegal activities are forbidden. 　　(c) Not interfere with or disrupt the service provided by CFRN (d) when use the network service, users must conform all the agreement, rules procedures or regulations of network （5）；users themselves take the responsibility of email transportation when they enjoy email service and users should agree to receive messages from our email system aperiodically. （6）users should agree to indemnify for any loss and damage arising from your violation of the TOS, your violation of any rights of any other person, or your breach of any applicable law, including the compensation, legal fees and charges from legal recourse. 2. CFRN provides services based on the following rules: (1). CFRN should not publish user's personal information, including user's name, email address,ID and telephone number. The following circumstance is the exception: (a). User authorizes CFRN or somebody else to publish those information through email service. (b). Relevant laws or procedures require CFRN to provide user's personal information. (2). CFRN utterly respects user's right of privacy and ensure not to publish, edit or disclose the user's personal information and the content of emails unless permitted by laws or stipulated by public security organs. (3). User bears responsibility for all consequences resulting form the use of the CFRN service. Instead, CFRN will not make any assurance, distinct or implied; CFRN will not promise to satisfy users completely and not assure providing service without any interrupt. (5). All notification can be sent or delivered through emails or normal mails (such as modifications of service terms, service changes or other important matters). (6). CFRN will modify these service clauses if necessary and will notify users in no time. 3. Each item of <Terms of User Service> above shall be carried out in keeping with relevant national laws. If there are conflicts with, all conform to law provisions. Besides, user and CFRN reach unanimity that any event out of service should be solved within one year.

Copyright Statement

Copyright Statement 1. When user uploads and contributes papers, he should own the copyright of the papers or get the permission of the copyright owners. Otherwise, user should bear responsibility for any result arising from his behaviour. 2. User and CFRN reach unanimity that user only authorizes CFRN to publish the uploaded papers; CFRN will not intend to obtain or provide any protection for the copyright. 3. User and guest should consider the copyright problem when download papers. Information and materials transferred by this network are protected by Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law and others. (1). If the paper in this website has copyright statement attached, the copyright problems should be solved on the basis of the attached copyright statement. (2). For those articles without any copyright statement, users please follow the rules below: (a). When use papers for uncommercial, unprofitable or non-advertising purpose, user needn't get authorized by the copyright owner or give his any reward, however, user should note the author's name, title of the paper and should not infringe upon the copyright owner's other rights according to this statement. (b). When use papers for uncommercial, unprofitalbe or non-advertising purpose, user should keep paper's original intention if he wants to make a few changes in wording. CFRN enjoys the rights on network service, softwares applied in this service and materials protected by knowledge right and other laws; User enjoys non-exclusive use right on softwares applied in this service and cannot himself or permit others to copy, modify, sell products or make derivatives. 5. CFRN reserves the explanation and modification right of this statement. 6. This copyright statement should be carried out in keeping with relevant national laws. If there is any conflict, everything conforms to the law provisions.
