The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and the Yale Program on Financial Stability invite the submission of papers to the 2026 Financial Stability Conference. The conference will be held in person in Cleveland, Ohio, on November 19–20, 2026.

Conference Format
The conference will bring together policymakers, market participants, and researchers in two types of sessions:

Research Forums
These forums follow the format of an academic workshop and comprise sessions during which researchers present and discuss accepted papers.

Policy Discussions
These sessions feature panel discussions in which participants from industry, regulatory agencies, and academia share their insights. 

Topics

We welcome submissions of research on topics related to financial stability risks, sources of financial system resilience, and related public policy. 

Paper Submission Procedure
The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Please submit completed papers through Conference Maker. Notification of acceptance will be provided by Friday, September 4, 2026. Final conference papers are due on Monday, November 2, 2026.
