The 39th Australasian Finance and Banking Conference (AFBC) will take place from December 10th to 12th, 2026, in Sydney. This conference is organised by the Institute of Global Finance at the UNSW Business School in Sydney, Australia. The venue for the conference: AGSM and the UNSW Business School
PHD Forum
Date: 9th December 2026
The 39th AFBC conference will feature a PhD Forum for advanced finance doctoral students currently working on their dissertations. This one-day forum will offer accepted students a unique opportunity to present their research and discuss their work with distinguished academics from leading business schools worldwide. At the PhD Forum, PhD candidates will receive valuable career development advice from eminent scholars and discuss recent developments in the finance literature with fellow students and faculty members.
