The University of St.Gallen and its School of Finance are seeking candidates for an Associate or Full professorship in the field of Banking and Financial Intermediation. The triple accredited (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS) university offers a stimulating research environment and a large network of partner companies. The position gives the opportunity to be affiliated with the Swiss Finance Institute and Swiss Institute of Banking and Finance (SBF-HSG). The candidate is expected to contribute to research, innovative teaching, and knowledge transfer into the industry and society.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The position involves teaching in English at all levels as well as contributing to the further development of the finance curriculum. We are looking for a candidate with an internationally recognised research track record in the leading journals in the field, excellent teaching skills, willingness to contribute to academic leadership and citizenship, and strong capabilities for industry/societal outreach. Experience in the acquisition of third-party funding would be a plus.
