Korea University Business School (KUBS) (http://biz.korea.ac.kr/eng) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Accounting, preferably at the Assistant Professor level. The position involves conducting high-quality research and teaching accounting courses at the undergraduate, MBA, and/or Ph.D. levels. The anticipated start date is as early as September 1, 2025.
QUALIFICATIONS: A Ph.D. in Accounting, with a strong commitment to research excellence and teaching, is required. Candidates with publications in top-tier journals are highly preferred. ABDs (All But Dissertation) will be considered, provided they complete their degree by the appointment date and meet publication requirements or demonstrate strong potential to do so. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Korean preferred. Prior teaching experience in Accounting is also desirable.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will be expected to publish in top-tier accounting or related journals and teach a variety of accounting courses. All courses are conducted in English.

ABOUT THE ACCOUNTING AREA: The Accounting area currently comprises 12 full-time tenure-track faculty members specializing in various fields such as financial accounting, managerial accounting, tax, and auditing.
