Job Description & Qualification
The Finance Department at the University of Mannheim offers a full-time position as non-tenure track Assistant Professor of Finance to start on September 1st 2026. The position is initially for 3 years with an option to extend for another 3 years after successful mid-term review.
We are looking for a candidate with research interest in the field of Finance. In addition to conducting high-quality independent research, the candidate is expected to teach and coordinate courses and to contribute to a team-oriented working environment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
PhD in Finance (or related fields) is a prerequisite. Fluency in English is required.

The Finance department is part of the Mannheim Business School.
